Fruit Salad with Coconut Dressing This yummy tropical fruit salad from the Kroger recipe section makes a quick side or dessert, perfect for those in need of something besides sweets to enjoy. 2 large oranges (peeled, seeded, and sliced) 1 large grapefruit (peeled, seeded, and sliced) 1 medium pineapple (peeled, cored, and chopped) 2 medium kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced) 1 large banana (peeled and sliced) ¾ cup coconut milk 1 Tbsp. raw honey Juice of 1 lemon ½ cup flaked coconut Step 1 Mix fruit in a large bowl.
